Kyparissis Beachfront Houses — Hotel in Municipality of Mytilene

A hidden gem, what a place! Beautiful and traditional Greek style but still practical with a dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen. Lovely beach with plenty of free sunbeds to grab, the water is crystal clear & calm. beautiful terrace for having dinner and there is an open plan kitchen and living room mean the whole family can spend time together. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a terrace and a balcony, it's ensuited with the bathroom being located right outside the bedroom. The twin bedroom is located below off the kitchen, and also has a ensuit bathroom. Both rooms have air-conditioning for hot days. Melinta our host is very friendly and responds to messages quickly, and so are the cleaners who we met there. they are near by if you need anything. But never in your space. The living room is so comfy and a perfect spot to watch favorite shows, while looking out to the beautiful beach. When visiting the island I recommend the Captains Table which has a harbour nearby based in molyvos with the best food and lots of options for the whole family.

These are five tiny houses literally on the beach. You can sit outside on the step and walk ten paces and be in beautiful clear, calm, blue water. The whole bay is virtually deserted most days. Plenty of fish and urchins if you want to snorkel.

The houses are cool with private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, washing machines, aircon and a library of books.

Three or four small bars and restaurants are within five minutes walk along the water front so you don’t even need to cook.

Cold beer. Large gin. Sun lounger. Book. Virtually private Beach and freshly cooked fish for dinner. What else do you need?

Melinda’s house was perfect. The location, the beach of your own, the decoration, every detail is tought for your comfort! We stayed with our kids and it was very convenient and enjoyable for us.
