This was a hotel that grew on us. We arrived in blistering heat in a bad mood after smashing a mobile phone and were dismayed to find slightly weak in our room and that the aircon wasn't on in reception which made it hard to search for a repair shop when the heat was stifling. However. The staff could not have been more helpful. They put the aircon on at our request and helped us find a phone shop in Nafplio. We ordered a snack from the all-day offerings which was delicious. We had arrived early and they made an effort to get the room ready before it was due. ||We paid for a superior room which I would highly recommend. Room 16 is on the upper floor at the end of the corridor and has a corner position with very large balcony offering breathtaking view of the hills and out to sea. Stunning. Aircon in the room worked well and the bed was very comfy. Blissful silence at night. You need a car, or be prepared to pay 15 euros (Juy 2025 prices) each way for a (very good) taxi service into Nafplio. The tavernas in the local village are charming and offer excellent value if you want a quieter evening one day.| |Pool area is lovely. I would have liked to be able to swim earlier than 9 am but can see this is done to prevent noisy guests disturbing others as some rooms are very close to the pool. ||Breakfast was served on the terrace in the shade to enjoy the stunning views. We had a room only rate but enjoyed the set menu approach which was 15 euros for fresh orange, unlimited tea or coffee, eggs, Greek yoghurt etc and a variety of other options, all cooked to order.||The service here was outstanding, especially from Giorgia on reception who went out of her way to assist. It's a small hotel in an amazing hilltop position so don't stay here if you want nightlife on the doorstep or don't drive. Come for stunning views, blissful peace, comfy beds, a refreshing pool and lovely staff.||Food past 7 pm would be fantastic but, again, I can see why they don't offer this as the place is small. All in all, a lovely stay and I would recommend as an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of Nafplio. Village...

Wow! What an absolute find this place was! From the moment we arrived, even though it was a last-minute booking and quite late, we were met with the most wonderful and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They truly understood the meaning of hospitality, kindly accommodating all our comfort requests, including the incredibly thoughtful gesture of extending our access to the swimming pool. After a long journey, that dip was pure bliss!
And let's talk about the setting – simply breathtaking! The views of the surrounding hills are magnificent, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop that you could stare at for hours. The swimming pool is inviting and well-maintained, perfect for a refreshing break. Inside, the rooms are a dream: modernly furnished, clean, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring.
A Little Tip for Future Travelers: While this place is a slice of paradise, I highly recommend asking the owners for specific directions before you set off. My navigation tried to play hide-and-seek, and trust me, you won't want to miss a moment of this beautiful spot trying to find it!
To the Owners: Your dedication to guest comfort truly shines through. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and beautiful haven. Perhaps a small note on your booking confirmation with a recommended navigation route or landmark pointers could be helpful for future guests. It would just make that first arrival even smoother!

Read moreWe stayed here for three nights and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway after the energy and bustle of Athens. Located just 15 minutes from Nafplio, the hotel offers a serene retreat nestled among olive trees – ideal for anyone looking to unwind while still being close to some of the region’s most remarkable historical sites.
The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and calm, making it easy to relax and recharge. Yet, you're still within reach of amazing experiences – we visited the Palamidi Fortress in Nafplio, explored the ancient theater of Epidaurus, and even enjoyed a great wine tasting nearby.
The staff made our stay even more special – always kind, smiling, and ready to help. One highlight was enjoying a glass of rosé from the Skouras winery on their lovely patio at sunset – the view was breathtaking. They even helped us arrange a tour at the winery, which was a fantastic experience.
Although there's no on-site restaurant, there’s a fridge in the room for your own snacks or drinks, and breakfast was delightful – not a buffet, but certainly generous and delicious.
Our time here felt like stepping outside of time – peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. We left feeling rested and grateful, already hoping to return one day. Thank you for a...
