Memorias Suites Naxos — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

An amazing property, ideal for a relaxed holiday on a magnificently restored thick-walled village house. The renovation of the house has been done meticulously, and all the details were taken into account from the very hospitable and friendly owners, Sofia and Yannis. Must not forget to mention the amazing cookies from Sofia parents' Bakery (Vernikos in Glynado village) that provided us for welcome, along with other local products. The bed was also super comfortable of very high quality, rare to find in many airBnBs. Also the location was great, a short drive from all the popular villages (max 10-15-25 minutes for Chalki, Filoti and Apiranthos) while also Sangri, where the house is located, is an absolutely beautiful village to walk. Parking was easy while there is reserved free space provided (although in September we didn't need it). Also in a very short drive (about 10-15 minutes) is one of the best beaches of the island (Mikri Vigla). We have had recently a wonderful holiday in Naxos. Not only that it is one of the best islands I have ever been, but our accomodation was really amazing. Very well positioned, close to the main beaches and Chora, but also close to other small villages on the Naxos must visit list. We spent eight nights in the suit at the upper level which is fantastic for a couple. Modern, but with a traditional touch, cozy, quiet and romantic best describe the accomodation. It was also super clean, spacious, tidy and we really felt like home. The terrace is beautiful and relaxing, we had there all the morning coffees and made plans for the day ahead. The two owners, Sophia and Giannis are very kind, supportive, nice and did their best to make us feel great during the stay. They also provide us all the essential information for the stay (things to do/ visit, places to eat, etc). We came home with the best memories from Memorias...

Truly a wonderful experience. Such a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Exceptional hospitality from Sophia and Giannis. Provided us with all the go to places we needed to enjoy our getaway. The accommodation had everything we needed (and more) to keep us happy! Especially the most delicious freshly baked goods from her parents bakery. It is clear that everything inside the accommodation was thought out with attention and comfort in mind for their guests. The bed is absolutely amazing, one of the best I’ve had in any booking ever made worldwide.
