Flamingo View Suites & Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

From the moment we arrived at Flamingo View Suites and Villas, we knew we had found something truly special. We stayed in the villa called “The Private”, and it was exactly that – a peaceful, secluded little haven with the most breathtaking views you can imagine. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard, with the sun rising over the hills and a gentle breeze carrying the scent of the sea.||||The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The outdoor area was a dream – a huge, inviting pool surrounded by lush greenery, a cozy lounging area, and a well-equipped grill for evenings under the stars. We spent hours just relaxing there, and it was everything we needed to truly unwind.||||But what made our stay unforgettable were the hosts. They were beyond welcoming – warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It’s rare to meet people who genuinely care that your holiday is perfect, but they absolutely did. From thoughtful little touches in the villa to helpful local tips, they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.||||The location is ideal – close to beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, and just a short, easy drive from the airport. Whether you want to explore or simply relax, it’s the perfect base.||||All in all, this place is pure magic. Peaceful, clean, beautifully maintained, and with that “wow” factor you don’t find just anywhere. If you’re looking for somewhere to truly relax and recharge – this is it. We can’t wait...

Amazing suites. The owner and housekeepers are super friendly and helpful. They gave lots of really great recommendations. The accommodation is beautiful and has pretty much everything you need. It’s in a really great location. Really close to all of Halkidiki and felt very local and not touristy. I would 100% recommend a hire car to get about, you’d be very stuck otherwise. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to our friends.

If I was to look at what could be an improvement it would be in the cooking area. I think they could put a barbecue by all suites. Once we started cooking everybody wanted to use the only Barbecue. It’s such a nice place to stay, it’s very nice to stay in rather than go out. An air fryer might be helpful would be a good universal cooker/toaster.

Wholesome day at Katherina’s place! We were wandering around and saw that there was a place nearby a marsh and beach: nature and peace all we are always looking for.

We booked very last minute but the hosts were super reactive and made it super easy to access. Property is super new, well equipped, garden and pool super well maintained, the rooms are super with a separate space for cooking and a living room and private terrace to work remotely very comfortably! The marsh and the beach are super close and we would have just appreciated maybe a bike rental service or further indications already in the reservation place to access the house without a car since we are sustainably traveling!

Again big thanks to Katherina who on our departure kindly took us to the nearest bus station. Looking forward to coming back again soon!!!
