Kalma Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

Family with 2 children (age 3 and 5) - in start of September we visit Kalma Villas for the first time.

EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL PLACE !!!

Great location on the first line to the sea. When you wake up, the first thing you see from your bedroom are the tops of olive trees and the endless blue sea. In front of the upper 2 bedrooms there is a large common terrace, with a table and sofa, where in the evening you can watch the endless sea and the sunset with a glass of wine in hand  The owner and staff are really friendly and accommodating. Exceptional cleanliness and unique silence !!!

In the villa there are absolutely all the necessary amenities for a family vacation - in the living room there is a smart TV on which you can watch any channels in your native language or in a foreign language. There is also a music stereo system that contributes to a good mood with the wonderful greek music !!! In the TVs in the rooms there is an input for a flash drive, which makes it possible to watch movies you want, or the children's animation before falling asleep. There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen that cools down extremely quickly, modern stove with 4 hot plates and oven, a microwave oven, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. In the kitchen there are cups, plates, forks, spoons, knives, pots, pans, in our opinion, everything you need. Washing machine,iron and ironing board. Baby chair, Comfortable mattresses, all rooms have individual air conditioners.

Beautiful landscaped yard with beautiful night ambient lighting, with rye grass for the kids to play and run around in. A clean pool, in which our 5-year-old daughter learned to swim for the first time in her life. In the garden there is a charcoal BBQ for unforgettable evening moments.

There is a supermarket 1 minute away by car, which is well stocked.

A unique view, peace and quiet, cleanliness !!! A wonderful place, once you go there you will hardly want a place other than Kalma Villas.

The house is okay, but the the host's behavior is not great. The place was completely empty, didn't have shampoo/body wash, not a single bottle of water, and no backup toilet paper. Coming from a long trip, we had to get in the car and leave again in order to go to the supermarket for these basic things. Moreover, 2 days later, some people unexpectedly got into our yard, midday, while we were sleeping, and we got startled and thought we were being robbed. Turns out they were gardeners and the host hadn't told us anything about them. Lastly, we booked outside of Booking, because we know it keeps a commission and we wanted to help the host keep the entire amount. We asked to pay by card (acceptance for which is mandatory for hotel businesses) and the host said they don't accept...

Very nice and clean accomodation. It is close to the city and also to a lot of beaches. We were two families and a two year old, it was the perfect place to stay.

There is also a small beach near the villas, at a walking distance, but there are no sunbeds or umbrellas. The pool is amazing. Mario was very nice and friendly and he helped us a lot.

There is a supermarket close to the villas, 10 min of walking or 1-2 minutes by car. The area is very quiet and also has an amazing view.
