Ninemia Sea Side Villa — Hotel in Municipality of Nea Propontida

For the people who would like to visit this house, I want to give some information that may be useful to them before they make their choice. Basically, the property is comfortable and everything is new, but there are many things that, in my opinion, need to be arranged, both by the owner and the agency. I will start with the communication - in my opinion, it is appropriate for the guests of the house to be greeted by a representative of the property, who can familiarize them with the features of the house. In our case, we were simply given an address and keys left in boxes at the gate. The information provided about the property is not entirely reliable. The description says that there are three bathrooms, but it turns out that one of them is external(next to the barbecue). Access to the second floor is only via a small elevator (where the fuse regularly falls out), or via a movable emergency ladder. There are air conditioners only in the common room and in two of the rooms, the other two rooms cannot be heated or cooled. And the most important thing (in my opinion) that has not been arranged, is the availability of hot water. The water is heated only by a solar collector, which is extremely small and in my opinion even in the summer will not be able to heat water for more than three people. Not to mention that in our case was winter and we were left out without absolutely no hot water (I am talking about six adults and two children)! The bad thing in this case was that neither the owner or the agency made a minimal effort to help us, or at least check what the situation was with us! After dozens of requests and attempts to communicate on my part, I was told by the agency that the owners were sick with Covid and there was no way we could be helped and besides the owners had been using the house this way for a long time and had no problems! Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The house is spotless, fully equipped, and decorated with great taste and attention to detail. The area and location are nice but the accommodation is not as advertised. Nearly to destroy our holiday with bitterness because of missing hot water for 4-5 days ( the whole stay ). Left blankets with a sense of carelessness how 2 of the rooms will get heated in winter time because of missing heater/ AC
