Roupes Villas — Hotel in Municipality of Rethymnon

Die Villa war einfach ein Traum. Wir waren von der ersten Minute an total begeistert. Der Check-in lief total unkompliziert und herzlich ab. Zur Begrüßung stand ein liebevoll hergerichteter Korb mit regionalen Produkten (Marmelade, Honig etc.) sowie eine Flasche selbstgemachter Raki (sehr lecker!) auf dem Tisch. Die gesamte Anlage ist bis in die letzte Ecke super gepflegt. Jeden zweiten oder dritten Tag wurde das komplette Haus gereinigt, die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher gewechselt. Einen Abend riss der Stoff von einem der Outdoor-Stühle. Am nächsten Tag wurde er direkt während der Reinigung ausgetauscht. Der Service war rundum wirklich sehr beeindruckend. Die Einrichtung der Villa ist sehr stilvoll und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - die Küche verfügt über alles, was man benötigt, inklusive Spülmaschine. Die Waschmaschine sowie der Trockner sind echt praktisch. Das Haus verfügt auch über eine gute Musikanlage und sogar über zwei Laptops. Es gibt Fahrräder, welche man sich kostenlos leihen kann, und die Anlage verfügt über einen eigenen Obst- und Gemüsegarten, in welchem man sich bedienen kann. Außerdem gibt es eine eingezäunte und sehr gepflegte Wiese, auf welcher man Kinder spielen und toben lassen kann, einfach großartig. Der Ausblick auf die Landschaft und das Meer ist wirklich atemberaubend. Hier ist das Haus tatsächlich genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Wir würden in Zukunft immer wieder dieses Haus wählen, denn hier war einfach alles perfekt. Vielen Dank an die tollen Gastgeber! The villa was simply a dream. We were totally thrilled from the first minute. The check-in was totally uncomplicated and cordial. A lovingly prepared basket with regional products (jam, honey, etc.) and a bottle of homemade raki (very tasty!) were waiting for us on the table. The whole complex is very well maintained, right down to the last corner. Every second or third day, the entire house was cleaned, the beds made and the towels changed. One evening the fabric tore from one of the outdoor chairs. It was replaced the next day during cleaning. The service was really very impressive all around. The interior of the villa is very stylish and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired - the kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are really handy. The house also has a good music system and even two laptops. There are bicycles which you can borrow for free and the complex has its own fruit and vegetable garden where you can help yourself. There is also a fenced and very well-maintained lawn where you can let the children play and run around, just great. The view of the countryside and the sea is truly breathtaking. We stayed at Roupes Villas at the start of April. Service was fantastic from booking to arriving and being shown around. Sandra was so kind, putting toys in the pool for our children as well as a welcome basket with local jam, honey, tea, coffee, bread, water, ham, cheese, milk, raki etc - everything we needed to get started. The villa itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean (and was cleaned throughout our stay with fresh bedding and towels also). Beautiful view seen from the house in the direction of the sea. Large swimming pool, but the water was (in October) very cold, too cold for a nice swim.
