Mystes — Hotel in Municipality of Samothraki

During our stay at Mystes property, we encountered some challenges related to electricity supply due to the recent fires in Alexandroupoli. Despite the circumstances, the host informed us that they were unable to offer any discount for the inconvenience caused. While I understand that the situation was beyond their control, it would have been appreciated if there was some form of compensation or gesture to acknowledge the difficulties we faced. The property itself was comfortable and clean, but the lack of electricity for three days in a row did impact our overall experience.

The initial amount was around 985 euros, out of which the 61 was the Airbnb fees, and the actual discount upon our request was 24 euros. So the agreed amount was 900 for six nights, including all the amenities such as air conditioning, light, fridge, and iron (things that demand electricity). Your accommodation is one of the most expensive in Samothraki and when you pay 150 euros per night you expect the corresponding services and since we didn't get them due to the circumstances that I mentioned above we expected some compensation. We really appreciate that you gave us cash (while we transferred the money immediately through revolut). Otherwise, without money, we would have left Samothraki earlier, and you, at the same time, would lose money from our stay. Ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα στην σκιά του βουνού. Μείναμε για 5 βραδια και μείναμε πολυ ευχαριστημένοι. Το δωμάτιο είναι άνετο, ευρύχωρο και λειτουργικό. Το μπάνιο είναι όσο μεγάλο χρειάζεται για να μην σε πνίγει. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος είναι υπέροχα διαμορφωμένος με γκαζόν και τραπεζάκια κάτω από ελαιόδεντρα που σε κάνουν να νιώσεις πραγματικά χαλαρά.

Στα αρνητικά του καταλύματος είναι ότι είναι αρκετά απομονωμένο από οποιοδήποτε κατάστημα έτσι ώστε να μπορέσεις να πάρεις έναν καφέ το πρωί να απολαύσεις ή κάτι να φας. Διαθέτει μια εσπρεσσιερα στο σπίτι αλλά είχε μόνο 4 καψουλες καφέ για 2 άτομα χωρίς ποτέ να ανανεωθούν. Επίσης είχε 2 ρολά χαρτιά υγείας και όταν αυτά τελειώσαν και ζητήσαμε έξτρα διακριναμε μια δυσκολία. Το ίδιο ακριβώς συνέβη και με τις πετσέτες. Την τεταρτη ημέρα ζητήσαμε αλλαγή των πετσετων και αφού στην αρχή μας είπανε ότι είναι στην πολιτική περιβάλλοντικης ευαισθησίας να μην αλλάζουν συχνά όπως επίσης και στην πολιτική του καταλύματος, παρόλο που αναγραφοταν ότι γίνεται αλλαγή στο μέσο της διαμονής και των κλινοσκεπασματων, τελικά μας τις αλλάξανε. Απλά αισθανθήκαμε άβολα για ολο αυτό.

Θεωρώ ότι με την τιμή ανά διανυκτέρευση του καταλύματος θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει επάρκεια και σε καψουλες καφέ αλλά και σε χαρτιά υγείας και σαμπουάν.

Επίσης ένα αρνητικό για εμενα, όχι απαραίτητα ότι ενοχλεί και άλλους, είναι ότι το κατάλυμα δεν έχει πρόσβαση με ένα παράθυρο που ανοιγοκλεινει για να κάτσεις έξω στην αυλή αλλά διαθέτει ένα χώρο με 2 καρέκλες μόλις ανοίγεις την πόρτα. Θα προτιμούσα να έχει μια μεγάλη μπαλκόνι πόρτα τύπου που να βγαίνει και να κοιτάει μπροστά.

Ο Γιώργος είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικος και πάντα διαθέσιμος σε ότι χρειάστηκαμε.
