Forty Roses Luxury Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

I was staying with my wife and two kids. The apartment was excellent - super clean and very spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and a very nice garden for the kids to run around and play. The sun shades for the cars are a great touch! Ioannis was very professional and helpful, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. The location was very good for us, though it really depends on what you're after. If you have a car, everything is very easy to reach - a number of excellent beaches, supermarkets close by, etc. If you're on foot, maybe not ideal, but still manageable. We loved that it was a bit out of the busy areas and that it was very quiet. You can hear the cars a bit, but even that is quite discreet as the accommodation is separated enough from the main road. Far from luxury or 5 stars, that’s for sure. Nice owner, clean, well equipped kitchen and the furniture/place was better for this range of price than other places. Had a nice private entrance and private terrace as well. Still I wouldn’t call this luxury, not even premium. Location quite poor, far from anything on foot except a supermarket, but even that was dangerous to walk to due to the busy road. No sunbeds beach accessible by foot, plenty by car, minutes away. We had a great time at the Forty Roses Istros apartment. Family vacation with a 5 year old. Really quiet position with a large yard to move around. Sun shades for the cars are perfect.
