I have been to Livari twice, once in 2015 and once in 2016.|In 2015, I've stayed on the ground floor with direct access to the beautiful garden. I was impressed by the location as the studios are near the water. The property has access to a small golf with shallow waters and interesting creatures (coloured fishes, medusas a.s.o.). You can walk all over this golf, as the water is no deeper than 30 cm. Children can play safely on the waterside and if you feel the need to go swimming, this golf ends in a sand line and afterwards comes the actual sea with deeper waters.|The room is large for 2 adults, one child and all the complementary luggage. The place is quiet and peaceful.||In 2016, we were accomodated first floor and the room did not seem to be so large. Maybe it was because we were 2 adults and 2 children with luggage. Somehow, it did not seem to be as clean also, but maybe it was just my impression.|Nevertheless, the room was filled with over 50 mosquitos (I assumed the room has not been used recently and the mosquitos came in for the chill and shadow?) and we had to buy a spray, seal all windows and suffocate them all. Of course, afterwards I had to clean all dead mosquitos from the bed, floor...

The rooms are small and clean, cleaning and towel replacement is performed every day. The yard is vast and there are sunbeds, chairs/tables on several spots. Great for relaxing and kids. The sea is right next to the yard, so if one doesn't feel like going to the beach, they can relax in front of the apartment. The sea in front of the apartment is shallow and there is a little sandy spot, which is great for keeping an eye to kids while having them entertained. The environment is quiet and relaxing. The hosts are very nice and discreet. The restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops are further down the area, so one needs to use a car to get to them. There are nearby beaches free for use, with tree shadows and big parking space, also free of charge. Nikiti is 15 mins away by car, and Sarti is half an hour away by car in the opposite direction, of one needs a change of scenery.
