Minas House Beachfront Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

Thanks for the great accommodation from the 25th September to the 10th of October 2022! We chose the most left apartment in the building and it was enough for our family of four. Unforgettable sunset views from the balcony, amazing sea view from the windows. Kids liked also the bathtub (water flow very quick). Successful general location of the hotel: walking distance to the central Nikiti, a bit far from the noisy area, not too many neighbours, small beech assigned particularly to this family hotel, sand and a little bit of rocks. We also liked the minimal number of tourists in Nikiti at the end of the season, it was very calm. The only one uncomfortable thing we experienced was the extremely small kitchen area, the obvious lack of kitchen table, just no space to keep the plates even for minimal cooking. Opposite to the fridge should be additional small table + shelves above it. There's also available parking space next to the house. Washing machine was not mentioned in the advertisement but actually was available at the administrator's building. During the 2 week vacation our room have been cleaned 3 times!

We would surely be glad to come back again.

Nikiti center is 15 minutes walking distance, there is a trail from the house up to the city centre along the sea.

The host and the staff are very friendly, available for any help you might need.

We spent 10 wonderful days in Minas House Apartments, in apartment Agnanti. It was one of the best stay we ever had with my family. First and most important is the location, 10 meters from your own private beach with two sunbeds and umbrella and a lot of personal space for our own umbrellas. The terrace is looking right at the sea and the beach. You get private parking space, cleaning and clean towels every three days. The apartment is modern equipped with everything you need for a holiday, extra plus is the large fridge with big freezer (for ice cream and cold beer).

The house is in the quiet part of Nikiti on the edge of the town, but at the same time it's only 700 meters from the center. The house is easily accessible by car, and it is no problem to go to the big markets on the main street.

The owner and staff are all very kind and helpful, can help with anything you need.
