Positives:||Spacious room, Central heating, Fully equipped kitchen, View to olive trees,||Well maintained.||||Negatives:||Bland, boring, lifeless decoration.||No double bed but two single ones stack together, not comfortable for a couple.||Just a glimpse of the sea view.||No internet connection what so ever although they include free wifi in their services.||Very small bathroom. Inconvenient toilet and sink. ||Teeny tiny shower, so small that the plastic curtain is licking your body while you shower. Not refreshing at all. ||No hair dryer, of course, although it is included in room services.||No everyday housekeeping.||Not ideal for young couples.||||Breakfast:||The owners told us that within the price of 75 euros per night breakfast was included. Plus we had read on a reservation website rave reviews about a homemade, hearty breakfast with traditional products. Upon arrival there was a small basket on the kitchen table with some stale, soggy rusks and store bought koulourakia (cookies). In the fridge there was a bottle of juice from a carton, a jar of homemade jam and those little butters and jams in small plastic containers. And that’s that. They don’t bring anything fresh after that regardless the days of stay.||||Not a festive Easter Sunday:||On Easter day we had for breakfast what we were offered two days ago. Plus, when we came back from lunch we realized that they hadn’t cleaned the room. We had to make the bed and wash the dishes and went to the reception to complain, as in the price of 75 euros they should provide better service. They didn’t seem to bother but when I asked for a bag to throw away the used toilet papers one of the owner went to the room, threw the garbage away and left us fresh rusks, koulourakia, juice plus milk and two ham and cheese sandwiches!!!||||At the checkout we had to ask for the receipt of our stay although they are obliged by low to give receipts.||||Conclusion:||You have to love what you do in order to have a well-run business. What we call in...
Read moreFor 70 euros a night, which included breakfast, we got a large suite, consisting of bedroom and spacious lounge, the latter with kitchen and a range of kitchen utensils. The kitchen is suitable for self catering. The bedroom had a spacious bed for two (two single beds put together, but they fitted so well that it felt like a double bed) and there was a third bed in the lounge. There were tasteful pictures on the walls. Breakfast was good, and ample. The owner, Takis, was very friendly and helpful.||Our room had a nice view, though I don't know whether all rooms do.||There is parking space for 5 cars in front of the hotel. Since there are 10 rooms, you might have to park a short distance from the hotel at busy times.||We visited in late September i.e. outside high season, and you would probably pay a little more in July or August, but it would still...
Read moreVery nice and well-kept place. Spotless clean with daily service, big studio with big balcony with sea view. Good beds. Even some coffee and tea is available in the kitchen. Parking at the house. Good WIFI. Very friendly and helpful owner, good email contact before the journey. But the best is the fantastic fresh breakfast! Lots of selfmade Greec specialities, more than you can eat, served on your balcony (maybe due to Corona). If you stay here you absolutely have to try it. ||Only negative point is the really small shower cabin (like mentioned before) and if you have noisy neighbors on the balcony at night. ||But nevertheless we can only...
