Our stay at Elaia Modern Studio was simply perfect. The apartments are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Daily cleaning and fresh towels made everything even better.

A big plus is the private parking on site, and the hosts are extremely helpful — they even assist with parking in Parga, which is a real advantage if you’re traveling by car.

The location is quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. Even in rooms facing the road, you barely hear any noise with the windows closed.

Several beautiful beaches such as Lichnos and Ai Giannakis are just a short drive or walk away, and the charming town of Parga is only a few kilometers from the property.
