Filaktos Studios — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

This is the second time I've come here and I brought friends and family. This time, as we arrived at noon we didn't have hot water. So I've told the hosts that we don't have hot water and then they turned the boiler on. So they knew we were coming but they didn't heat the water in advance. Last two days we also didn't have hot water. 6 people after the beach had to shower with cold water in September, although I've already complained about it. Trying to save for electricity bills on your guests that have paid the accommodation is very rude and unprofessional. We didn't use the air condition, we were outside most of the days, and not to have hot water is unacceptable. Second thing what I didn't like is one roll of toilet paper for 2 person for 5 days. We have been here for 3 days and there is no room cleaning ,they dont eve change the towels. When we want to talk to the owner (if we can see them) ,they pretend that they cant speak English.
