Ktima Marmaro — Hotel in Thermaikos Municipality

Definitely one of the best homestay experiences I've ever had. We were a group of 14, staying for 5 days (wish it had been longer). Kallia was incredibly accommodating, very attentive to any needs we had, and even gifted us with olive oil and other homemade goods from their garden. The house is fantastic, with amazing views and nicely shaded outdoor spaces. The kitchen was great for preparing large meals. It was really the perfect getaway, with easy access to the nearby town and to the waterfront beaches and restaurants. I highly recommend the house! The house is spacious with a parking lot that has a shed and can accommodate 4-5 cars! We were 12 people, we had the opportunity to use the barbecue and we made the perfect dinner! We were delighted that the house had all the equipment and accessories to make us feel at home! There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but there was a fan that cooled the room! There are tables and chairs on every floor and every room has a terrace! We stayed at the villa Ktima Marmaro for 10 wonderful days. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids. Villa has a large living, 4 terraces, large rooms, clean and air-conditioned, clean bathrooms, large yard is very well maintained, fireplace, grill, kitchen equipped with everything. Kallia and Andreas are wonderful hosts, attentive to details and our needs. They surprised us with delicious cake, ice cream and vegetables from their own garden.
