MAGNES HOTEL — Hotel in Volos Municipality

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with friends.||Our experience was excellent! Although the hotel is new and I expected there to be issues in organization, staff training, the reality was quite the opposite!||The staff was helpful, cheerful and well trained, always with a polite and sincere smile!||The 24 hour reception is a feature I always look for and appreciate in hotels, as we felt safe to leave the car right in front of the hotel, as well as inside the underground parking provided by the hotel.||The rooms were larger than I expected, with a spacious balcony, very clean and with comfortable beds.||The aesthetic is minimal luxurious with an emphasis on protecting the environment, with vegan and environmentally friendly toiletries.||The pool was quiet and pleasant to relax in, with adequate shade and the atmosphere is calm, with no distractions, making our experience there relaxing and very enjoyable.||Breakfast was hearty, perhaps the serving point is a little awkward, just before the garden exit so when it is busy there is a difficulty in moving around comfortably, however it was all very tasty!||I would have preferred a wider variety of coffee, as I survive strictly on coffee 🤣||Mrs. Barbara at the reception was very helpful and assisted me in a situation that was my fault, and helped me with my transfer to the hotel by referring me to Mr. Dimos, a taxi that was much more of a transfer !|The location is very convenient, 15 minutes walk from the beach of Volos. Since I walk a lot in general, to me walking distance was no issue. ||It's on a main road, so there is bound to be some traffic, but the room is well soundproofed so we didn't really hear anything (even though we were only on the 2nd floor).||The general atmosphere was peaceful, so I wasn't bothered at all by the works at the building right next to hotel (which in any other situation would have made me scream).||It is very lively that I will choose to visit Volos again due to this hotel (as well as the excellent...

I spent the last two weeks there with my job. First of all, it is a brand new hotel with very clean rooms. There is also a closed parking available for your vehicle. Very important to be noticed is that the hotel is friendly and spacious for persons with mobility problems. The personnel working there including the reception desk, restaurant employees, janitors and administration desk are all very polite and pleasant with whatever you want, all day long. The restaurant offers you a great start for your day with a variety of breakfast choices and the dinner as part of the room price was very good, talking about both quantity and quality!

I would like to personally thank Apostolia and the Chef, that they adjusted our dinner menu the second week so as not to be the same as the first week's without even asked them to do this. I believe that these persons give added value to a place like this, promote the hospitality and help a hotel to build up a steady customer list.

My overall experience was more than positive and i would recommend this place for solo or family...
