Petrichor houses — Hotel in Volos Municipality

A recently built house (with lots of love) with no signs of wear. A warm welcome from the family (as you rarely find in southern Europe) and a fridge full of goodies. We looked for accommodation somewhere in Pelion, somewhere halfway between the mountain and the sea, and we found this little gem. From here, driving for half an hour, we reached a beach or the top of the mountain. The house is located 150m from the main road from Pelion and is quiet. The altitude is 500m, in the morning and in the evening you feel the coolness of the mountain - which you need after a day on the beach... The house is well insulated and although we had temperatures of 35°C, we only used the AC once. The furniture is like new and of good quality. The bed is large and comfortable, the bed sheets and towels are the same as in a 4-5* hotel. Soap and shampoo at discretion. The shower is fantastic! On top of all that, sparkling clean inside, on the terrace, in the yard! Very good and fast communication with the family. We didn't know where to buy tickets for the train from Pelion and they brought us. They gave us fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. Thank you! We felt like guests and not just tenants! We will definitely come back here!

One of the best places we stayed as a family in Greece. Beautiful view, especially from bedroom balcony. Very nice, very well equipped house surrounded by greenery of the garden with fruits and vegetables. Nice barbecue area. Very good location for east, west coast beaches, small villages or Volos visit. The owners are very nice people who filled the fridge with some basic stuff, homemade cake, fruits, water, beer and a bottle of wine. The owners live few steps close by. Very responsive for any question. Their son spoke good English and communicated through Viber which made everything very simple. Our family definitely had great time staying at this property. Μακάρι να υπήρχαν και άλλα αστέρια, να τα βάλω! Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμμα! Η καθαριότητα του δεν παίζεται πραγματικά. Οι παροχές του είναι ανωτέρου επιπέδου! Νεόκτιστο, με τζάκι, air-condition, αεροθερμο. Κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη, ψυγείο, σούπερ βολικό κρεββάτι και άνετο καναπέ. Οι παροχές του μπάνιου εξαιρετικές, έχει μέχρι και Κιτ πρωτων βοηθειών μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Η βεράντα φοβερή για να απολαύσετε το πρωινό σας ή τον καφέ μέσα στη μέρα (έχει και μηχανή espresso με κάψουλες). Σε πολύ βολικό σημείο για τις εξορμήσεις στο Πήλιο.
