Hotel Vrionis - Villa Enallaxis — Hotel in Zagora - Mouresi Municipality

It was our first stay at this hotel Vrionis, which we chose because of the beaty and nature in surroundings of the Pelion area and the very inviting price!!.We found a real relaxing and friendly environment with high quality service.Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the hosts Angelo and Mr.Jorgos, and they offered an aperitif, caffe and water. A brilliant way to relax for a few minutes, and capture the essence of a relaxation resort, forgetting work and even the drive up there.Very impressive are the hotel and villa.They are the best positioned places for Your holiday and relax (fresh air, woods, without humidity and turistic noise).This hotel is with private pool and it is magnificent-complete with flowers and trees. The room was exceptional, comfortable for the two parents and a child, with a hudge balcony, (many of them are apartments with fireplace).Our room was very good, we had a double room with an extra bed, free, for the child, and it was every-day cleaned and comfortable.Hotel Vrionis offered very rich breakfast also- cereals, fruits, ham, cheese, milk, eggs, juice, creams, honey...The owner offered to our child fresh fruits, toys, etc.-allowing him to even express his childhood - with some running and jumping. We really appreciated this attitude and friendliness!! The hotel is designed in a beautiful, artistic, traditional, ambient-style, and its not so far from the beach.The nearby beaches were only 10 min drive from the village Agios Dimitrios and offers nice sand and fantastic clear water. By the end of our stay we almost felt like we were at home, or at least at a relative's home.The hardest part of our staying there was when we had to leave. We stumbled on this Hotel on our way down to Ag Ioannis beach, attracted by the advertised pool & wifi. We had a studio in a larger restored old Pelion mansion.||Thick Walls and wooden shutters provided a cool interior as well as a plug in fan.||Our rooms had a double & single bed provided on a mezzanine level. A separate kitchen provided a fridge & two rings sufficient for light meals & breakfast. The shower was excellent with copious hot water at all times.||A lovely stone fireplace took up one side of the accommodation tribute to the fact that this place stays open all year.||The pool area is lovely with views out over the sea. Everything was beautifully clean and well maintained.||The chap who owns the place is always around and happy to chat,his English is excellent if you have any queries.||The only draw backs are the distance from the beach & hence the varieties of restaurants as there is only one taverna within walking distance. Also the road down to the parking area is down a steep and narrow kalderimi fine during the day but scary at night and certainly not to be contemplated after a glass of wine. Enallaxis traditional villa is surrounded by Pelion Forest Trees Chestnut trees, planted Hortensias with enormous flowers and located In the vicinity of the Municipal Agios Demetrios Village building from 1904. In the middle of three Traditional Pelion Buildings(Villa)s there is a Swimming Pool, particularly safe for children.
