Hotel Faraggi — Hotel in Zagori Municipality

We've been there a few days ago - March 2024 and we stayed for 4 days, experiencing a really great hospitality with honest human touch, something that I had a long time to feel in a hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean with a fire place, hot water and comfortable furniture. The service was more than great, since we had on time everything we needed and everything we requested. The breakfast was a full, delicious breakfast, which included fresh bread, tosts, marmelade, eggs, pies, cakes, etc., different every morning. Above all and what we really really appreciated and loved is Mrs. Voula-the owner's attention and care! She really loves her job and she really treats her guests at her hotel as they were precious guests at her own home!|We really loved her kind attention and her care to us and our dog.|Thank you for everything, Mrs. Voula! This village ánd hotel is fantastic. We had a beautifull big traditional room with balcony. A very warm welcome by madam Voula . We slept like roses and had breakfast like a king . Good regional mountain cheese, different sweets, homemade bread. My comliments. We were hiking the whole week and as a gift she gave us lunch for pick-nick . Η εμπειρία μου με το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα ήταν δυστυχώς εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική. Ενώ είχα επιβεβαιωμένη κράτηση μέσω Booking, το κατάλυμα με ενημέρωσε τηλεφωνικά ότι δεν μπορούσε να με φιλοξενήσει. Παρότι έδειξα κατανόηση, ζητώντας απλώς να γίνει η ακύρωση σωστά μέσα από την πλατφόρμα, αρνήθηκαν να το κάνουν και μάλιστα δήλωσαν ότι θα με καταχωρήσουν ως «μη εμφάνιση», προκειμένου να μη φανεί ότι εκείνοι ακυρώνουν. Στα γραπτά μου μηνύματα δεν απάντησαν ποτέ, ενώ στις τηλεφωνικές επικοινωνίες υπήρξαν αγενείς και προσβλητικοί.|Το πιο ανησυχητικό είναι ότι δείχνουν να μην έχουν καμία πραγματική πρόθεση εξυπηρέτησης μέσω της Booking, χρησιμοποιώντας την πλατφόρμα χωρίς να τη χειρίζονται σωστά και χωρίς σεβασμό προς τον πελάτη. Αναγκάστηκα να κλείσω άλλο κατάλυμα σε υψηλότερη τιμή, με αποτέλεσμα περιττή ταλαιπωρία και κόστος. Θεωρώ τη συμπεριφορά αυτή απολύτως αντιεπαγγελματική και...
