Kerasies Guesthouse — Hotel in Zagori Municipality

We spent 2 nights at the Guest House, with our charming hosts Katie and Stefanos and their little son, and their cat Meli. Our room was comfortable, good shower, and very quiet. Internet only available outside on the terrace and in the breakfast room in another block. There was a kitchenette, but no cups, t bags, coffee or anything - this was a pity. Very good, simple breakfast, with locally sourced eggs, yogurt, feta etc. The weather was not good during our stay, and there is very, very little to do in Vovoussa! One night was enough for a couple like us who didn't go for outdoor activities, but just for the experience of spending a night on the mountains.|The room was quite handy and comfortable for tired people. This is one of those places that would be an awesome place to spend a winter, if I was a writer that is. The rooms where modern, yet cozy. There was a fireplace, those thick old windows and a down comforter you could spend a whole morning under. The breakfast served fresh everything with home made butter.
