It is absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable to call these properties luxurious and to charge such a large amount of money.

Unfortunately, there is no escape if you get trapped to book this villa - they will scream at you if you express complaints about the property hygiene and you will not get your money back.

After travelling for 10+ hours, our families arrived to the property that we booked via AirBnb platform. When we saw the villa, we stated that it is absolutely unfair to publish fancy photos online and to have mold on the pool and dirtiness. Also, by the way, my brother is allergic and has asthma. So we also had health reasons not to accept this.

The host did not even care to convince us that they will fix the situation and she started shouting. Then, we got KICKED OUT of the property yard and we still got CHARGED.

She was emotionally unstable and her behaviour was inappropriate. You actually can’t even tell her anything because this woman won’t let you do so‼️

It’s a shame that you ruined our family trip and you did not even bother to apologise and to compensate us financially. I wish I knew that you are scammers on the very same day I got excited about booking...

Villa molto bella e piscina splendida anche se molto bassa ma il vero problema è stato il personale. Se leggete bene nel regolamento c’è scritto che non è ammessa musica e non si può fare casino dalle 23 alle 7 e qui arriva il bello. La prima sera, visto che Denise, ovvero colei che faceva da tramite con l’owner, ci aveva detto che la musica a volume basso si poteva mettere avevamo deciso di rimanere a casa perché eravamo stanchi e quindi ci siamo rilassati in piscina a chiacchierare con un po’ di musica come sottofondo. Alle 19 arriva la prima chiamata di Denise dicendoci che dovevamo abbassare il volume sia della musica che della voce e così abbiamo fatto. Alle 22 ci arriva una seconda chiamata nella quale ci dice che dobbiamo assolutamente fare silenzio perché era stata chiamata dai vicini per il casino, ma il problema era che noi non stavamo più facendo casino e che a farlo invece erano degli altri vicini che avevano la musica accesa a tutto volume. A seguito di tutte queste chiamate abbiamo deciso di cambiare i nostri piani per non dare fastidio e ci siamo quindi recati fuori di casa a laganas. Nel tragitto arriva la parte interessante perché incontriamo per strada Denise che ci stava raggiungendo a casa per dirci che stavamo facendo ancora troppo casino, ma come potevamo essere noi se eravamo già usciti di casa da un po’? Parlando un po’ con lei le abbiamo spiegato che il problema erano i vicini ma evidentemente stavamo parlando con un muro perché non ascoltava una singola parola di ciò che le dicevamo e continuava il suo discorso per conto suo. La sua risposta è stata che i nostri vicini erano persone già venute un’altra volta e che non avevano mai fatto casino e che quindi la musica l’avevano messa solo perché l’avevamo messa noi. Dopo una lunga discussione abbiamo capito che era inutile parlare con un albero e perciò siamo andati via sapendo che se ci avessero dovuto chiamare un’altra volta avremmo dovuto preparare le valigie perché saremmo dovuti andare via non rimborsati. Per concludere vi sconsiglio vivamente se siete dei ragazzi di prendere questa casa perché a meno che voi non siate dei sordomuti vi romperanno spesso le scatole per il rumore e passerete l’intera vacanza con il terrore di essere cacciati da un momento all’altro...

Our stay at the villa was exceptional!!!

The most beautiful place to stay as a family and enjoy all sides of the island.

We were blown away by the superb quality of everything in the villa and the attention to detail that made sure we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, everything was so clean and fresh, from the pool to the sheets, towels and cutlery.

Outside - we loved the pool and the sun terrace - and we loved the backdrop of wildflowers and the olive trees - so peaceful and calm.

The best bit of our stay - was the wonderful Denise- our amazing hostess with her excellent recommendations making the most perfect stay.

All in all, it was exactly as it should be to make it...
