Hotel Villas Magen — Hotel in Flores

Almost two weeks ago i spend some really good vacations with my family in Peten, it was such a good choice staying in Villas magen since their location is absolutely central, their personal is so friendly, the locations are so comfortable, clean and private. We had the plan to visit the most famous maya ruins and it was perfect because we took like 20 mins to go to Yaxha and 15 mins to go to Tikal, the island of Flores is 25 mins from the hotel too, so it was so nice we could go everywhere in short periods of time. The room was really comfortable, beds are big, the bathroom was in a very good condition and was ver hygienic. The personal was so attentive and satisfied all of our requirements. Nice location, as it is a good starting point for excursions to Tikal, Yaxha and Flores. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was great! Our room was large and clean. We missed a refrigerator. However we had the impression that nothing has been done for the last years to keep the whole hotel in good condition, unfortunately. This place deserves more...

Mi familia y yo decidimos hospedarnos es este hotel después de leer sobre él en internet. Después de un largo viaje llegamos al hotel al anochecer. NO hay ningún anuncio luminoso del hotel que se vea desde la carretera. Dudábamos que esa entrada fuera del hotel. Nos pasamos de dicha entrada porque no se puede determinar donde está el hotel al llegar de noche. Las habitaciones son muy sencillas, Las puertas no ofrecen ninguna seguridad. Nuestra habitación tenía lugar donde se colocan las toallas dobladas para tomarlas cuando se necesiten, quebrado. NO hay agua caliente para bañarse. Los televisores son todavía de esos armatostes viejos en lugar de ser plasma o LCD. En favor del hotel diría que el personal es muy atento, con deseos de servir en la más mínima necesidad que uno tenga. No creo que me queden deseos de volver a este lugar si las condiciones descritas...
