Hotel El Eden — Hotel in Guatemala City

I don't know where the people who put 5 stars’ review slept but certainly not in the same place as me... The hostel I was clean, and the price attractive for a private room but the bed is not comfortable (still plastic on the mattress), the soundproofing is non-existent so I heard the neighbour's TV until 3am, the room has no window which gives a gloomy atmosphere and an unbreathable heat and the person who welcomed me was totally out of touch, I had to ask him 3 times for the number of a taxi and he forgot about my request each time...
