Hotel Palacio Maya — Hotel in Petén

We visited this hotel with family. It was the worst decision ever to stay here. There was no hot water in the entire resort..they provided us with a bucket of hot water to take a shower this is how we managed to bathe. They said early the following morning they would fix the problem. Unfortunately they didn't. We checked out and there was still no hot water. The entire place is run down. Nothing seems to work not even the outlets to charge my lap top or phone..cob webs in the bathroom. This hotel was the worst I have ever visited. I will never choose this hotel again.
