Gran Costa Azul — Hotel in Puerto Barrios

Excellent comfortable rooms. Swimming pool, a/c, nice and spacious room, fast internet, safety security box in the room, very nice staff. My only issue is customer service at the front desk. The staff is polite and professional but they have very slow and cumbersome check in/check out and billing procedures that will make you feel VERY uncomfortable. Evidently this is a management issue.
