They tried to charge us double the price it had stated on Booking.com||They demanded a printed version of my reservation when they could see it on my phone. I asked them how could I possibly print it? ||The receptionist then called the manager and we had to wait AN HOUR in the “lobby” for him to send his email address for me to forward him my booking details because they didn’t believe us???!||There was NO WATER AT ALL during our ENTIRE stay. The man who works here is very friendly and helpful. The room is very basic, bed is fine although we had to ask for a new pillow cases as there were dirty (old sweat marks).
