Hotel Villas Terra Bella — Hotel in Atlántida

This is a nice little condo-like setting a couple mines outside of crowded Tela. We have come to appreciate places without all the glitter in their names, which usually let you down one way or another. The place is gated and a bit tricky to get to, The apartments are nicely furnished, they even loaned me a grill for a night. Their pool needs a bit more attention, cleaning and repair. ||Be responsible and don't leave your kids unattended in the pool area, there's no lifeguard on duty and even though the pool is not that big it's still 5ft deep!||||If you have your own wheels and care for a little quiet place to hide while when resting, then this is the place for you. You can cook yourself in the apartment if you're traveling on budget, or you can try their all-inclusive package which is also available. ||Management worked their best for us... even called us before our arrival to see if we needed directions on how to get to them!! Do I need to say more! ||||The only downside is that this is not a beach property. So if you want to see the waves you'll need to drive off some 4-5 km. I didn't mind much, the place covered my requirements for a weekend...

hola lastimosamente nada de lo que se dice en este hotel de terra bella es verdad, fueron unos amigos en esta semana santa, y esto ellos siendo clientes de dicho hotel villas y los trataron pesimo, el barthender solo les ofrecio cervesas salva vida o imperial y los tragos de pesima calidad eran guaro, y hechos con los rones x de la verde, y cuando pedian si podian hacerles otro tipo de tragos el batherder de pesimo gana les atendia y nunca tenian otro tipos de tragos,ademas despues de unas horas ya no quieren darte tragos o cervesas porque el señor que esta en el bar de nombre samuel es un perro con los clientes,por otra parte la comida pobre , pobre, a puro pollo los tubieron en toda la semana, y una comida helada, solo una ves hicieron sopa de res dicen ellos y era mas agua que sopa nada de verduras, y carne,en el desayuno solo te dan unos huevos la mitad de una mortadela, 2 tajaditas de platano, y unos frijoles q hay que ver, en cuanto a la gerencia y administracion deja mucho q decir, la que administra el hotel es una prepotente, atorrante, y despectiva con los huespedes, si te quejas por algo simplemente te dice si quiere vallase,el mesero un amargado, que te sirve la comida casi tirada, y con una cara de enojado, y pareciera q todo el tiempo anduviera de goma,ojo fijate bien con kien hablas cuando haces reserva porque parece ser q cuando haces una reserva te la pinta todo bonito y de maravilla y es una falsedad, la villa q escojas o quieres se le dan a otra persona y luego te dicen esta es la villa que tenemos si quiere, nada q ver cuando estaban el personal anterior antendiendo este hotel que eran una personas, amistosas, agradables, y siempre te resolvian cualquier incoveniente prontamente,personas super amables, y dispuestos a darte el buen servicio en todo momento, este hotel no es ni la minima imagen que era antes,la comida es pesima, y horrible o sea no regales mas tu dinero,, no vale la pena no lo recomiendo mas, esto que muchos huespuedes se fueron de ahi antes de terminar su estadia porque se quejaban. del mal servicio, que brindan ahora actualmente,y algunos huespedes se fueron depcecionados, y hasta molestos. NO LO RECOMIENDO YA FUE UNA PESADILLA ESTA SEMANA SANTA, ESTAR HOSPEDADOS AHI. AHORA NI AGUA TE PONEN EN LAS VILLAS, SI QUIERES AGUA TE LA SIRVEN EN VASO. Y PARA Q TE LA LLEVEN SE TARDAN HORAS, LAS GASEOSAS TAMPOCO TE LA SIRVEN EL VASO COMPLETO, SI QUE TE SIRVEN LAS GASEOSAS A MITAD DE VASO. Y EL QUE ESTA EN EL BAR TE METE GUARO...

The property is very dated and falling apart. The pool has not been painted in 20 years. And most of the time the water is green with bugs swimming in it. Majority of the things are broken. The owner can't accept CC because the machine is always broken. Only half of the units have hot water. The other units do not contain hot water. They only turn the fountain and pool filter on when a new guest arrives then everything is shut back down. The place really is falling apart fast and needs alot of work. Highly NOT...
