Finding a pet friendly hotel in Honduras is tough specially one that won't charge 100USD per night additionally just because you brought your pet. I arrived at 10 pm and the staff of the hotel opened the gate it was dark the place and did not help us with our luggage. In the reception, the gentleman did not talk much which made it feel strange. Hace unos días, realizamos un evento aquí en el hotel Santa Lucía de comayagua y nos llevamos una súper mala experiencia que me veo en la penosa situación de exponer! Como representante y organizadora del evento que llevamos acabo, en nombre de Diprobell podemos decir que nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia y mala atención de parte del hotel, La administradora no fue nada atenta ni tuvo una buena actitud con nosotros, con el equipo del staff fue sumamente mal educada y arrogante, por todo nos quería cobrar recargo alegando que son políticas de la empresa, a una de mis compañera la fue literal a sacar de la habitación xq eran las 12pm y no salía siendo que nosotros teníamos un evento hay también no solo pagamos por la habitación si no por un local que no fue “barato”. Estuvo todo el tiempo muy exigente pero ellos no nos ofrecieron calidad las sillas están manchada sucias, no tenían más manteles para agregar ni otras mesas tuvimos que comprar manteles, tampoco tenían más sillas ni mesas pésimo, pésimo La calidad ah pero la joven administradora muy exigente y nosotros hasta comprensivos fuimos con todo eso!
