cocoview — Hotel in Francisco Morazán

They changed last minute our bedroom… for the presidential suite… but there’s was no bed sheets! They gave it to us so we had to put them on. One of the bedside table light couldn’t turn on, button was broken. Out of 4 shower head in the bathroom only one worked. Hot water takes 5 minutes to get to the shower. They didn’t told us what was for breakfast, or offered a choice, the first breakfast we had was served cold.. One bike in the gym is broken and there’s not enough weight to do workout. And the road to get there is nasty.. not worth it. We informed them of the situation in the hotel…they didn’t do anything. I will never go there again. (Update 14-7-23): The owner’s response to my comments just show you how the customer service is non-existant. No apologies whatsoever… just a whole of excuses instead of improving their service...

Su trabajo no fue solo excepcional, fue transformador. La experiencia que nos brindaron tanto en la sesión Pre-Boda como el día de la boda cambió completamente la forma en que vivimos y recordamos este momento tan especial. Capturaron cada emoción, cada sonrisa y cada detalle con una sensibilidad y talento únicos. Las fotos no solo cuentan nuestra historia, sino que la hacen brillar. ¡No podemos recomendarles lo suficiente!

🌿 El lugar: Cocoview es simplemente espectacular. Sus amplias áreas verdes, vistas impresionantes y su ambiente cálido y acogedor crearon el escenario perfecto para nuestro día. Mi esposa y yo no podríamos estar más satisfechos de haber elegido este lugar para celebrar un momento tan importante en nuestras vidas.

Do not recommend this place at all. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. They will take your money and promise you everything and show up empty handed. They overbooked the rooms and put out a mother with her two children. They brought out the wrong food for the guests and it also came out an hour late. No toilet paper and no running water in the rooms. When we wanted to speak to the owner we were given bad attitude and then kicked out of the property at midnight. These people don't...
