What a gem of a place! Victoria’s Beach House one of the few affordable accommodations on the island for solo travelers and it is run by a very nice family who take very good care of their guests. From airport pick up to supermarket runs, Roger and his family truly care about making your stay as pleasant as possible. The room itself was basic but has everything you need and includes a clean private bathroom. Read moreThe only negative thing I have to say is that I'm mad I only booked one night :( Victoria's was such a nice stay from Roger picking me up at the airport, a brief history lesson on the drive to the house and fresh coffee this morning before check out. The room was huge, the deck outside my room was perfect place to hang out, relax and watch the cruise ships go by. Roger has built a nice patio right on the water with lounge chairs and water access. The housing around my lool shaddy but I walked even late afternoon and people are friendly, ran early in the morning and its safe. The view is amazing, you dont even need the fan, leave the open window is enough to keep cooling breeze and sleeping with the sound of the waves is magical.
