We went there for a weekend going-away/birthday celebration. Although we paid for an all-inclusive type 3 meal package, decided not to have our first lunch there upon arrival... Yes you are allowed in even though your room may not be available yet. That turned out to be a poor choice, we didn't know yet.|In a gorgeous rainforest setting, there are two swimming pools, a little lake, water slides, hiking trails, ping-pong, hammocks everywhere... enough to make your stay interesting. |Surprise number one: we were given a little afternoon snack... Staff actually went around the property to offer it to you!!!!!!!!!|We felt it was a treat to the group of 12 we were...|Surprise number two: piñata... Yes, simply put a course of traditional games, sack race and all!!! Didn't matter that we got there a tad late and the piñata had already been beaten open... Everybody had fun!|Water slides aren't nearly as fast as one might fear, neither are the pools deep. Which is good, as there's no life guard... So parents need to keep up to their duties... Not hard or unpleasant (for me at least)|Dinner time... That was an eye opening meal... Not a buffet full of bland food. Quite tasty, well served meal with a natural juice (soda also available). |Closing the day with a bingo was unattractive to me yet I stayed (you know if the wife stays...) That was yet another well managed and fun activity for after meal... |Rooms are in almost new condition comfortable and the eco-friendly a/c in excellent operating condition. The only thing that I considered an improvement needed feature... No hot water for the shower...in their favor it had been raining for days so the solar heaters were not up for it.|Traditional breakfast and lunch confirmed that going elsewhere to eat was a poor choice. Oh and the fruit snacks mid-morning.|We felt so pleasantly surprised with the quality of services, attentiveness of staff... Many should learn from these guys... |If you have a chance, I strongly recommend to spend at least one night with them... If you love nature this will...
