Leider muss man mind. 1 Stern vergeben. Verdient hätten sie -5! Wir waren 12 Nächte im Apartment eingebucht. Nach Anreise haben wir erst einmal geputzt. Im gesamten Aufenthalt kam 1x die Putzfrau. Da wir noch am anziehen waren baten wir sie gleich nochmal zukommen. Auf Ungarisch!! Leider wurde sie nie wieder gesehen. Bei Abreise wurde dann auch noch ein teurer Preis verlangt als wie im vorab vereinbart. Eine absolute Frechheit! Nach unserer Reklamation hat die Chefin uns der Lüge bezichtigt.
