Hello, we stayed at Halfarock Vízi-Erdei Apartmanház Levelek from 02.07.2022 to 03.07.2022. We were very disappointed with the service of the staff at this hotel. Our vacation and birthday was completely ruined. We booked 3 rooms in this hotel.||1. The hotel - There is no name or signage. You will have to try and find it yourself.|2. The beach and the lake - the hotel although located on the lake, unfortunately, you will not be able to swim at the beach. When you enter the lake your feet sink into a deep swamp with very little depth. We tried to walk as far as we could and the depth did not increase. As it was explained to us later, it is forbidden to swim at all on the beach of the hotel, as only fishermen can use this beach. Before booking, we asked on the phone and were told that this beach was safe to swim on and there was a good entrance to the beach. (this is the first lie of the hotel manager). To beach you will have to walk 400 meters to another paid beach (the cost is not included in your room rate). |3. Staff - they only speak Hungarian and a little English on the phone. The staff at the hotel speaks only Hungarian.|4. Housekeeping and rooms - the rooms are large, but unfortunately there is very poor housekeeping. There were no towels in 2 rooms out of 3. There is no kitchenette in the hotel, only a kettle and a microwave. There are not enough cutlery and glasses for all the rooms. One room was made for the disabled, there was no information about it on the website and we just happened to choose it.|5. Payment - you can not pay on the spot. You will have to pay a few days in advance for the invoice, which will be sent to you by email. If payment fails to pass, your reservation will be canceled.|6. Noise - the music from 9:00 to 21:00 from the nearby sports complex is constantly loud. We do not recommend coming with children.|7. Grill (BBQ) - Before booking, we called managers and asked for information about the grill, on the phone to us promised that they will provide grill and a place to cook food Unfortunately we came across another lie from the hotel managers, there is no grill on the hotel premises. We were offered on the phone to try other places to cook, when we went to the recommended place managers and talked to staff (cafe, sports complex) we got refusals and explained that they do not have places or we can not use it even at extra cost. We spent more than 4 hours to find a place to cook. Only one cafe owner helped us for an additional fee of 20 euros to provide grills, which were 2 kilometers from the hotel. |8. Information about the accommodation - The rooms have no information about the hotel, check in or check out time, what services you can use and so on. There is only a sheet with the password from the wifi.||Summing up all the minuses, I strongly do not recommend booking a room at this hotel. The hotel manager has only one goal to get you to make a reservation, and then they are not responsible...

We stayed at the place last week. 6 families with kids. It is a perfect place for a bigger group. We enjoyed it very much. It is a lovely place with a fantastic view, a parking spot, and a restaurant nearby. The lake is clean and safe to bathe in. Clean rooms, new furnishings. Some apartments missed the table from the terrace, and instead of 4 plates we had only 3 pieces. However, our overall impression was that it was very good, comfortable, and worth spending a weekend there...
