This family run hotel is a "must" if your staying at lake Balaton. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and air conditioning was provided if required. The bathroom in our en-suite had recently been refurbished which was a real bonus ... ||||We booked breakfast and 3 course evening meal for 6 nights which was tremendous. For those that like to choose what they eat - may not be suited to this arrangement of course, but I'm not fussy and love my traditional Hungarian food !!! What struck me was how very polite and hospitable the staff were which was a breath of fresh air ... ||||The bar was also available but not always open ... this was not really a problem as there were plenty of places to drink over the road along by the Lake Balaton ... The facilities for the children were very good - there was table tennis and a playroom with a TV, wireless internet and a football table. There was no swimming pool which to some might disappoint, but who needs one when the lake is over the road and merely a stone's throw away? ||||Above all I was delighted with the deal I had - excellent value at approximately £70 per night for a family of 5, breakfast and evening meals included. Anyone who wants to soak up the Hungarian culture and lifestyle can go for walks in the local area around the hotel and pay a visit to a bar in the hills above Alsoors passing by vineyards, which sells traditional palinka ... We were in a bungalow house until 7 days. The house is consists of two parts with two entrance. There are 3 or 2 beds in 1 room. One fridge was in a 3 beds room, so if you are go just alone or you are a cople you don't have any options for cooling your food. The fridge is very old, doesn't work well. You can't ventilate your room, because there are no mosquito net. The toilet and the bathroom are parted between the 2 room. You have an option for clothes drying (you can dry 2-3 big towels or a little more clothes). The plumbing is reversed (the hot is cold, the cold is hot.. very funny). Sometimes the ("hot") water is cold, this time you can't have a shower. You can't watch TV or use any electronic things, because the energy is limited (or you need to pay extra money). There are no cooking facilities (just in the garden -barbecue). There are no swimming pool or fitness center.The positive is that you can go a lot of place (Balatonfüred, Balatonalmádi, Tihany, Balatonfűzfő and more). There is a Tour Inform in the city, so you can find a lots of prospectus in English, in German etc. The woman in the inform is very nice, she can help you if you have a question.||The price is very expensive if you buy in full price (there are coupon websites, we are bought this week on it for half price).||Sorry, I can't speak English very well, but I hope you can...

When we arrived and asked the price for hotel room for 3 person, ||price was 49€ /night what is 14 900,00HUF + city taxes 1500 for 3person/ day, OKay. ||That's together 32 800 HUF||||We did drink together 16cans of beer at the hotel lobby , asked for a glass..didn't get that, however there was glassware at the restaurant!||In 2 days, 1 cans price was 600HUF, that will be 9600HUF togheter, 31,50€ Right?!||||We stayed for 2 nights. ||||Checking out time after and they charge for two nights with taxes and 16 cans of beer|| 68 200,00!! ||223,50€||||I can't recommend this place for nobody!||Staff is not helpful, didn't se a smile,breakfast bowls empty, air conditioner don't work but..||of course what can you aspect from lier's and when the plan is to...
