Hotel Kamilla — Hotel in Balmazújvárosi járás

We stayed for 6 nights on a bird photography tour. We had a lovely big double room (101 - with single beds) which was very pleasantly decorated and had windows on both sides and a balcony that overlooked the gardens. The bathroom was huge with a huge walk in shower. There was penty of hanging space for clothes and loads of drawers. The food was excellent with plenty of choice although the portions were far too big for us. We didn't have to pay for soft drinks, tea, coffee or the plate of biscuits we had one afternoon! Only one swimming pool was filled but this was because it was early in the season. We didn't use the pool but noticed that it was not very clean and there were some tiles missing. Wedding receptions are held at this hotel and the extremely loud music went on until 4:00 in the morning!! It could also be a little noisy at other times when guests were eating and drinking in the outside courtyard area. There is a three lane bowling alley and snooker tables on the 2nd floor. Thank goodness bowling finishes at 10pm!! The staff are very friendly and helpful and most of them spoke some English. We would stay at this hotel again as it is close to the Hortobagy area. In the height of the season we believe it could be noisy especially when the softball sports arena is...

Messziről kerülendő! Koszos, igénytelen, a konyha borzalom, a szoba pedig meleg. Klíma nincs!!! A személyzet pedig bár kedves, de nincs a helyzet magaslatán.

Nincs nehéz dolgom amikor a Kamilláról kell írnom. Sok-sok négycsillagos szállodában jártam már, így azt gondolom, alaposan van összehasonlítási alapom. Életemben először történt meg, hogy elhagytam egy szálláshelyet a foglalás időpontja alatt. Megalázó volt kisgyerekkel este másik hotelt keresni.

A problémák: a szobában 27 (!!!) Celsius fok volt, klíma nincs, ellenben az interneten leírtakkal. A hotelt az önkormányzat üzemelteti, és a spórolás mindenhol tetten érthető. (Gondolom ősszel meg fűtés nincs egy ideig az átmeneti időszakban…) Elviselhetetlen meleg volt a szoba. a “babaágyba” (ami a valóságban egy Decathlon-os összecsukható kemping ágy) légzésfigyelő nem szerelhető. Az alja pedig kutyaszőrrel volt tele (!!!), az oldala pedig összehányva ! a fürdőből a víz ömlött a nappaliba amikor fürödtem, a laminált parketta ezért pedig a nappaliban csupa penészgomba. a fürdőben nincs tároló hely, itt is tetten érhető a spórolás, a földre lehet pakolni az állítólag kitakarított szobában az ágy tele döglött bogarakkal, hajszállal, ételmaradékkal a szobatelefon nem működik a termálvizet hetente kettőször cserélik (a törvényi előírás naponta!) kevés parkolóhely a padlószőnyegen mindenhol kutyaszőr az épület vasút felőli oldalán a pihenni vágyóknak a MÁV biztosítja a “hangulatot”

Pozitívum: nincs, amikor ezeket a dolgokat mondtam s recepción, nemigen csodálkoztak, a recepciós hölgy mondta, tudják hogy ezek a problémák! …?

Családosok, kisgyerekkel messziről kerüljék a helyet!!! Ez úgy négy csillag mint ahogy a tv shop termékei prémiumok!

Fel nem foghatom hogyan lehet ez a hely négy csillagos. Ez a minőség egy sima szálló színvonala. Semmi több. Aki olvassa a blogomat és követ, tudhatja hogy egy tucat négy csillagos hotelból írtam már értékelést. Ez kritikán aluli, bár az új törvényi szabályozás értelmében itt garantáltan csillaghullás lesz! Életem első szállása beleértve bármilyen szállót vagy szálláshelyet, amit idő előtt elhagytam. Csak a személyzet hozzáállása miatt egy csillag, szívem szerint el semmit nem adnák. Őszintén remélem hogy rövid időn belül ez a szálláshely kategórián belül oda kerül ahova való.

Messziről kerülendő...

There were some good things about the hotel–the room was decorated nicely and reasonably sized; swimming and thermal pools outside with an option to visit the Spa's perfect wellness arena in the neighborhood. The list of available facilities was also charming.|What was terrible is the bowling alley: you could not have a rest because you could hear it rolling in the room. They told me it is closed by 9 pm—well, however hard they tried, it was loudly open till 10 pm or more. |Everything else was poor. The hotel is oldish, the furniture was worn, a renovation is up to date. The food is average which means bad since the average is bad in Hungary. Service was ok. |I'm not a star expert but this hotel deserves three...
