We spent 4 nights here whilst my husband took part in a football tournament. There is no question that the sports facilities are super. The fields were maintained beautifully and there was ongoing work to the infrastructure to maintain the facilities. I used the gym and the equipment was extremely good. That said I could not get the air conditioning to work and there was no-one on hand to assist. The drinking water ran out and there were no towels available which is a must in my opinion for any gym facility. Of course a few tweaks would sort these issues out. Changing rooms adjacent to the gym would also be appreciated because it was a long way to trek back to my room when I really wanted to go straight out to the football pitches after my gym session & shower, The food was fine but there was just not enough to feed the large number of hungry footballers. It kept running out and there did not appear to be enough staff to replenish the stocks quickly enough. There was a bar but it was not manned constantly. You had to phone for service and it closed rather early at 10am. The pool and spa facility was lovely and there was an adjacent bar. Again the food ran out and the 2 staff serving seemed overwhelmed when there were lots of people queueing. We used the laundry service. Our clothes were returned within 24 hours and the cost was very reasonable. Reasonably priced massages were on offer but these were fully booked. I would suggest that greater numbers of staff are employed for busy periods. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the superior rooms so if this is important to you, go for a superior room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. All facilities and room were super clean and well maintained. Gym was world-class with high-tech machines which I liked the most However I don't think it worth the money. For such price I expected much more variety of food for both breakfast and dinner but both were very basic and just school canteen level which was not acceptable for this price. The only tasty meal was the lunch we paid extra. Also there was no tea bags and instant coffee provided in room which was ridiculous for a 4-star hotel with high price. Pools area was clean but there was only 2 jacuzzis no actual spa pool. Also checkout time was too early that we couldn't enjoy much so we paid extra for late checkout. Wellness and gym closed at 8pm was a reason why we didn't have enough time to relax. Do NOT come here. This place is NOT good. The Food is more than bland, its basic. If your muslim or you dont eat pork, there Are no options for meat. The internet is the speed of a microwaved potato, and it keeps randomly disconnecting. The architecture of the hotel isn’t anything special, just an average Look. Another problem were the beds. Me and my family rented out a Room with a king sized bed and another smaller bed, on which I slept on. The blanket was too small, and the mattress wasnt very comfy. Me and my family didn’t check out the spa center and pool, so I dont really know how That is. The one good thing I can say about this place, was That the staff was very nice and helpful Whenever I asked them something.
