Pension Hotel Oswaldo — Hotel in Budapest

This hotel has some very friendly owners being a family business and having that coziness. I basically choose this one as it’s sort of close to the airport (20 mins by car with little to no traffic during night hours) and a closed yard. It’s safe to leave the car, so we preferred taking public transport to the center of the city. We asked for directions at the reception and we got full info. Basically with less than 5 Euros/pers ( you buy a 1650 huf 24 hours public transport ticket) and you take 1 bus (nr 23 5 mins away walking) and the Tram 2 that leaves you everywhere you want in the city center along the Danube (all in less than 1 hour).

Hotel Oswaldo is really one of the most heartwarming experiences you can have in a hotel. The owner is literally the heart of this place, doing his best day and night for the place and the customers. The rooms are clean and offer you anything you might need during your stay. If you do not find something in the room, feel free to ask the reception, they literally help you and have anything u might need, ALWAYS with a big smile. The garden is also really nice and relaxing to have a breakfast there or enjoy a drink 🍸. Best part of the experience?? The super cute and smart dog of the owner, that will play with you non stop 💖 I would definitely suggest hotel oswaldo and in case we come back to Budapest, we will choose this place...

It is an amazing little residence; charming flora makes the garden look like a little oasis, the owners are the kindest, most caring and helpful people you have ever met. I had a fantastic stay here after a long day; my apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet and entirely dark to sleep, my bed was super comfy; Andras cooked me a lovely breakfast to set up a perfect day (thank you!!! :) ) - i will definitely come again, and warmly recommend this place to those who seek a peaceful and friendly accomodation with easy access (~30 mins) to the...
