The rooms were very clean, and had a minibar, but why did they lack glasses and hangers? Why were the windows dirty, and towels were not changed, and the beds remained undone. The rooms were hot and moisty, and alas, the aircondition did not work properly. One person in the reception spoke English, so all questions went through her. We also tried with German as one in the group speaks German fluently - in vain. The wellness area is excellent and included in the price. The same goes for a ride with carriage and horses thorugh the landscape. Horseriding is one of the activities offered by the resort, but you should be an experienced rider to profite from the offer. The location is a beautifull pine forrest and it has a lake, horse stables. Also a farm and on the menu you can find dishes that have in grown ingredients. The restaurant does not offer a big variety but the food is good, the breakfast is very nice, also with local products. The pool area is nice, there is a small indoor pool with thermal water that extends outside and also a spa. There is also a big pool outside for the summer. The hotel is situated in a big garden surrounded by the pine forrest with the lake in the middle. There is also a guesthouse. There are ammenities for kids also. Firstly a thanks to the staff for being to nice, this is a hotel but its run more like a big home as the staff remember your name and are cheerful and interested in you. We arrived way earlier thank check in time and were prepared to wander around the property for a few hours, but the receptionist took pity on us and gave us our room right away at no fee since it was ready. The kind treatment continued throughout the stay, and really made our holiday there memorable.
