Hotel MeDoRa*** — Hotel in Gárdonyi járás

Lovely and new structure with a spacious car park , big restaurant and just a minute from the train station.|I did spend 6 nights in here and this place did make me happy to be there from minute number one till the last second there.|The staff from the hotel and from the restaurant was absolutely perfect, not a single mistake or anything like that in one week, and that’s absolutely wonderful if you consider that sometimes the working shifts in the hospitality industry are very long ( and I know what I’m talking about because I do work 23 years in hospitality).|You will be greeted with smiles , kindness, professionalism all day long and your experience will be superior to any 4 stars hotels around Europe and the MEDORA hotel in question got only 3 .|I do always compare great hotel staff to a tailor, because this is the essence of luxury ( treating every guest as he personally needs to be treated…as the tailor does) , and that’s what they do every day.|I will be back again for sure in the next future and for now I can only say thank you to them and wish them a nice day and a quick grow to the structure which deserve at least the 4th...

What a nice and elegant place!!! The rooms are great , nice and comfortable beds with fridge and spacious wardrobe, the tv for my surprise was equipped with a few channels from MTV for free and normally every hotel charges for them!!!! I did stay 6 nights and I managed to see most of the staff employed both in the hotel and the restaurant… well I was surprised by the high standards of them all. Every single employee from the receptionists to the chefs and waiters were responding to my requests exceeding my expectations, they never did a single thing in a standard way … and they got only 3 stars , what a high standard!!! This place will grow a lot in future and I’m sure that all of the staff there will do a golden career because that’s what they deserve to be so professional from the first minute till the last of their shifts( and sometimes the days for them are very long). I do love Hungary , Budapest and palinka… so will see each other again soon...

Nice structure, moderne and good rooms where only a mini fridge is missing.|Also good the close partner restaurant with rich menu, tasting meals and breakfast.|Always private parking available.|The staff was always kindly, promptly and all with wonderful smiles 😉|But unbelievable that in ten days they have cleaned the room only once; another day without washing the floor in the bathroom.|They only changed the towels twice, and there was never any soap in the shower dispenser.|In the evening there were always big spiders in the room: I urged them to use the insecticide but after a few days they reappeared.|The close railway cause noise but more the area where on Saturdays there...
