They use this new technology (I do not even know the name) where they cook meats and fish at low temperature for a very long time, and as a result all meats and fish are really tender and taste fantastic. Never had such a tender goose leg, and one that has not dried out at all; and in addition it was not too fat either. Same with the fish. They bake their own bread, make their own jam, etc - so most things are home made. My family and dog stayed for 4 days in early July. We had a nice spacious suite with a balcony. Facilities are basic but sufficient. It is like a 2 star hotel. Breakfast, they have cereals, tea, coffee, juices, water, breads, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon lards, or French toast. It was good for me. Evening meals are up to 20:00 and the restaurant food is good, they do have Wild game. Non alcoholic beer, they have Heineken 0.0 and a local lemon Radler. Staff are friendly and very helpful, they will help accommodate your needs for anything you ask. They do have basic English, you can use Google Translate with them. Note, staff are not there for the night. Area is quite remote, road are small, not the best but not too rough. You would need a car to stay there.
