Opal Hotel superior — Hotel in Gyöngyösi járás

Very family friendly hotel with indoor playground area with lots of toys on all floors (even one in their wellness basement). Located 500 m from restaurant area, you can easily walk to the town centre. Hotel has a huge secluded parking facility included in the price. Rooms are big, modern and with more than 80 tv channels, mostly Hungarian but also many in German and English. Has its own inhouse restaurant that we didn't try, however. Breakfast is nice and the hotel coffee machine actually makes the best hotel coffee I had in Hungary! Fitness room was well equipped, too, and wellness massage prices were extremely low. A meybe 4 star Hotel but its not Superior ! They have a Welnes, Fitness, Massage and a small children's playroom. The rooms are clean and refurbished (Refrigerator and Safe incloudet) Beds are upright bathroom maybe a little outdated. Breakfast is okay they could add a little more fruit on menu. The Wi-Fi signal is good, Parking space in front of the hotel is for only 7 cars but not payable. The Hotel is in a quiet place, I notice that most of the guests come here wenn they are on business trip. But anyway recommend...

Great wellness area

I only used the wellness area, it has a steam room, Finnish and infra sauna,ice corner,bucket shower, changing facilities etc.. the price for the sauna area is great, approx 12 euro per person. I was extremely lucky as during my stay I was the only person who used it,so I enjoyed the privacy and the luxury in this case .😀😀 I can recommend the hotel as the staff is very helpful and polite.
