Outlet Hotel és Étterem Polgár — Hotel in Hajdúnánási járás

The hotel is new , clean with confortable beds and a decent size bathroom. We had a triple room and the extra bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was a small problem with the balcony door , soundproofing not being very good. During the night there was a storm and i had the feeling that a window is opened. But the room has no windows , it was from the balcony door. I put a bathrobe cord around the top side of the door to reduce the noise from the wind gusts. In the morning i saw the door had a dent, maybe that's why soundproofing was poor. The room was 205 on first floor. The breakfast was decent. The hotel is clean. Service at the highest level, they speak English, some of them are basically German, so communication is great. For a 4 star hotel paying around 70 Euro for 2 people + a child I think it is a very good price. For breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves, but for me, where I like to eat something hot, the warm plate is weak. One day there were scrambled eggs, hot vegetables and sausage, and on the 2nd and 3rd day there were scrambled eggs and several types of sausages and, unfortunately, only that much. A very good Hotel. I was there with some friends from Romania, and I was impressed by the hight standards of the hotel. It was clean, all brand new, good internet, elevator, the dinner and breakfast were well diversified. The personell was AWESOME. Relaxed, good quality people that solved any issue that we've had with booking through booking.com (booking.com's fault). It is situated near the outlet which makes it even great. It has also a Pool and a Jacuzzi. Also a very child friendly hotel, a lot of children games in the lobby. We had a great experience over all and for sure we will come back in...
