Rooms are run down, not clean at all. Empty minibar, aircon, heating or ventillation was not working, on some corridors you can smell the sewers, disgusting. No shampoo or soap.||The rooms are extremely loud, walls are thick, you can hear everything, especially the janitors shouting to each other at 8 am. Very poorly built hotel with a confusing floorplan.||||If you are unlucky, you get a room without shaders and a towerlight burning out your eyes after dusk or some kitchen equipment compressors shaking the walls in the middle of the night, for hours.||||Some of the staff, especially the restaurant waiters are quite kind, but both receptionists we met were rude and unhelpful. No option for late checkout (however this is stated in the hotel's flyer), eventhough the whole parking lot was empty on this Monday morning. Rude knocking on the door by the receptionist at 11:15 and then disturbing phone calls urging to check out.||The food was nice, however completing the orders take ages.||Deeply doubt the 4 stars. Definiately NOT RECOMMEND...

Checked in very late at night after passing Hungarian border as it was one of a few places with 24 hours front desk. We paid extra for late checkout and asked to leave us some breakfast. The room had a strong technical smell. AC didn't work at all. We tried to open windows to have some fresh air. Around 7 am it became very hot as room was under the roof. We reported the problem to the reception, they came and somehow fixed the AC, but it was inefficient and wasn't able to cool down the small room though it was only 28 degrees outside. It didn't make much sense to continue trying and we had to wake up. When we wanted to return to the room after our "breakfast", it was already cleaned. The hotel refused to refund at least the late checkout fee we basically didn't use. So for 80 EUR we had a few hours of really bad sleep, 2 sandwiches and orange. Lucky us!! In general it looks like no one cares. Do not recommend neither for long...
