Eldorado Inn & Camping — Hotel in Keszthelyi járás

In the middle of August i am with my family renting a three rooms for five night in Eldorado Fogado.And I want to take this opportunity to say Thank you to the owner of the hotel again, for their professionalism and kindness.|| This is hotel running as a family business. And we all felt as surrounded by family.It was an individual approach to each guest.|| This year the restaurant was closed, due to lack of staff, but host every night himself tried to cook something special, and He surprised us with their talent. Excellent food. Baked pork ... fish soup..everything was amazing.||And breakfast was perfect, every day somshing different.|| This B&B just 1 step from nice beach, there are many different entertainment, and 3 min walk to nearest market with good prices.||There is the have possibility for fishing from the shore and from a boat. And we are used it, of course. And even caught a fish. It was great, I am realy enjoy it .|| The rooms was OK,but I want to say something .For me the TV was too small and too high and can not see nothing .And one more... two refrigerators for the 15 rooms,, is not enough, I suppose need a small refrigerator in each room.||But anyway, holiday was a successful.Everyone happy. We are got absolutely great time.I highly recommended for everyone to a relaxing family...

On the outside it doesn't look like much, probably the only thing that got you here was their very cheap accomodation. But let me tell you: pray for a rainy day. I'll tell you why. Because there's nothing else to do on a rainy day than to go to their restaurant and tell the waitress that you havenothing else to do and let the cook prepare little portions of everything and keep it bringing very slowly, you are in no hurry. Maybe the cheapest accomodation, but they stole the chef from I-don't-know-where and he'll make you come back to Hungary again and again. Master. One piece of advice though: don't order pancake if you're on a taste-everything spree. We wanted to round things up with a nice little pancake but it was a half-a-kilo whale of a pancake and it filled us up so we couldn't eat...

Zum Campingplatz kann ich viel sagen, da wir die Pension vorrangig genutzt haben. Jedoch kann ich durchaus behaupten, dass die Sanitäranlagen für den Campingplatz ca. 100% besser und neuer sind als auf den Zimmern. Zur Pension selbst: die Pension ist sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch wird penibel auf Sauberkeit geachtet - absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sauber, jedoch sehr spartanisch ausgestattet und spürbar in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett ist quasi ein ausgeklapptes Sofa und das Bad hat einen zentralen Wasserhahn für Waschbecken und Dusche… die Türen sind quasi noch aus der Gründerzeit und das ganze Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück könnte man, wenn beide Augen zugedrückt werden, als kontinentales Frühstück bezeichnen. Jedoch muss der Kaffee extra bezahlt werden, frische Lebensmittel bestehen nur aus Gurke, Paprika und Tomate aus dem Supermarkt. Brot/Brötchen gibt es ausschließlich Weißmehlprodukte. Eine Sorte Käse und drei Sorten Wurst wurden jeden Tag aufs Neue präsentiert. Ab und zu gab es noch arme Ritter als Warmanteil. Abwechslung Fehlanzeige.

Die Pensionsbetreiber sind ein Ehepaar und die Arbeitsteilung sieht wie folgt aus: die Frau macht alles und der Mann sitzt den ganzen Tag auf der Terrasse und schnorchelt im Smartphone oder quatscht mit den Gästen. Demzufolge ist die Frau tierisch gestresst und schaffte die angesetzte Frühstückszeit von 8 Uhr nicht und das Frühstück begann meistens zwischen 8.30 und 8.45 Uhr. Schade.

Der so angepriesene Privatstrand entpuppte sich zu einem Steg und Anglerhochburg - Baden Fehlanzeige…

Und dann wäre noch der Bahnhof, der gefühlt direkt neben der Pension liegt, was nicht so dramatisch wäre… wenn da nicht ständig die Durchsagen für den nächsten Zug zu hören wären… auch...
