My Wife and I were driving our three dogs from the UK to Bulgaria. We were tired and were going to pull off the motorway to find an hotel.||We then saw a large hoarding on the side of the motorway advertising the Family Hotel. (We saw a corresponding sign on the other side of the motorway on our return).||The sign was easy to read and directed us directly to the hotel, very well located for the motorway.||We were expecting a traditional house/building, quaint etc etc. What a nice surpise. This is a large construction, less than a year old (One year in August 2016). It is pleasing to the eye and very well laid out. There are grounds surrounding the hotel and a very large car park in front.||The grounds around are being landscaped and will only get better and better.||Reception was classy, an English speaking young lady. The bumph at the hotel said no lets but they readily accepted our three dogs at 5€ each.||We used the lift o the top floor, that'll be the first floor. The dogs liked that. The lights on the corridor turned on automatically, nice touch.||Lovely, modern, well equipped room. TV, Internet, lovely shower, air con, phone etc.||One has to ask at Reception for a hairdryer.||We were there before the 'season' so there was only one eating choice, the buffet canteen. The food was superb and only a little more expensive than it should really be.||We ate on the terrace, lovely.||I went to reception as the bar is at one end. This was a Fawlty Towers moment. There was an unopened bottle of vodka but the lady had to check two other rooms first to see if there was an opened one. Ice, oh. O, walk into another office and then the kitchen. Lemonade, no, same route! Beer, well we have these bottles and cans.||So, pro tem, the bar is poor.||Breakfast in the buffet area was excellent.||Music was playing on the terrace until the early hours. If you want a peaceful night ask for a room at the back.||Coach parties do arrive for a drink/snack and then depart.||A BBQ area and an la carte restaurant will be open for the summer.||The bed was divine.||This was, in all the circumstances, a top find. If we do this journey again I would not hesitate to use it.||£68.5, pr €87 for two adults, three dogs and two breakfasts was very good value.||I highly...
Read moreI was staying with my father. I casually went to the restaurant and i learned there is two types of restaurant and its annoying as it is they didn’t informed us on that behalf. You guys should go and make all in one because it is kinda annoying to go to other side. In other restaurant’s foods are not fresh in a word. Like looking disgusting. They said also they made the food every time fresh. I don’t know if you guys cook with fresh ingredients either. So we went to other one to eat and they made us wait 2 hours for the food and luckily i didn’t eat from there. It’s such a waste of money. We wanted to order food so in reception, lady helped us. I really appreciate that. We cant wait for chef’s will to eat food. Like it is not a masterchef competition. They opened literally 2,5 hours later. That’s ridiculous after coming there 15 hours of driving and still need to go 15 hours more. Like be real. In the end i had to take whole box of biscuits to the room and eat it. I don’t care if they make us wait for the food and want us not to be angry. Oh and please change the ‘Start’ time. It says 17:30 and you guys aren’t ready until then what you guys do in the kitchen. I saw like one worker just cleaning the kitchen like nothing has to be cooked. The problem is YOU made us to wait food with expectations. Disappointing. Just big old disappointing. Thank you. (Also thank you for Specific person. I don’t think you understand well. The food in the other restaurant you mentioned is looking more dull than ‘Grill’ restaurant. That’s why we wanted to EAT IN GRILL restaurant part because it looks much better but it doesn’t require for the chef to really go wild like he is going in competition. That’s the reason only one restaurant is enough. So they can work together as a team not separate groups. That’s a basic in the school or even in the kitchen. Work as a TEAM....
Read moreWe stayed here after coming across it on our journey, considering it's a family hotel I was shocked to be given a room with a fold out sponge chair bed for our 10 year old, we said it was not good enough and we're moved to another room which had a single bed however the room was to small for it, we did take the room and it was very clean and we'll decorated, the meal was horrible at the hotel not good quality and some meat was raw in the middle, when I complained I was not treated well, the air con in the room was not working so we reported it and a manager came to see it and said he would be back in ten minutes and never returned, when we mentioned it in the morning it was quite the attitude of we don't care I believe this would be as we had paid and then they used the language barrier to their advantage which considering they could converse with us the night before just shows how their attitude was not good, for €100 I expected much better and I would...
