Meggyes Vendégház — Hotel in Mátészalkai járás

Nice location to stay in a small cozy townette of Nyírmeggyes, just an hour drive of the border. We stayed at this s hospitable house as a big family of Ukrainians escaping from the russian invasion into our country - the whole house was rented for my immediate family and also including the parents and four pets (three cats and a small poodle). The pets were only allowed to the entrance hall, unfortunately, but we managed to make them comfortable by purchasing the cushions in Tesco in the neighboring town of Mátészalka, and also by taking them out for a walk outside. We appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of this place and, importantly, the support from the hosts who proved to be not only supportive and humane people, but also great professionals as landlords.
