Elixír Medical Wellness Hotel — Hotel in Mórahalmi járás

We've spent two nights at this hotel, together with my wife (without children, this time). The purpose of this short trip was nothing more but relaxing, and this mission was fully accomplished. ||||The location of the hotel is excellent, with direct access to the Szt. Erzsébet Spa (included in the room rate). This means that as a hotel guest, one can enter, exit, and re-enter the spa at any time. Needless to mention that this is very convenient for anyone who wants to visit the spa, take a lunch break, or maybe an afternoon nap, and go back later. The hotel has its own wellness facilities, which we did not explore to their full extent. It is possible to book several types of cosmetics treatments, massages, and medical services, at a very reasonable price. ||||The room is cozy, nicely designed, and the bed is very comfortable. I would estimate that the room standard is slightly above the official hotel rating. ||||The breakfast and the dinner offer an acceptable selection, with a good variety of food. When it comes to drinks, I would suggest to choose the ones which are not included (including / especially the coffee). The extra drinks are fairly cheap, from my perspective it makes no sense to stick to the included ones. If I have to find something I've disliked at this hotel, that would be definitely the "standard" coffee at breakfast: don't even try it, just ask for a good one: for roughly 1 EUR you can get one which actually tastes like coffee. Other than that, the food was OK, we were satisfied with the selection. Probably it's fair to mention that we've found the prices quite acceptable (even low) for pretty much everything.||||The best part which I feel compelled to mention is the service: the hotel staff is great! We were always greeted with a smile, both the front desk as well as the restaurant employees were very professional and helpful! Our final conclusion: we would (and probably will)...

We traveled to Morahalom for the first time and all I can say is that I can't wait to come back again here! The hotel is great, rooms are comfortable, clean and very well equipped. They include bathrobes (even for the kids), which is awesome. You have the entrance to Spa Szent Erzsébet directly from the hotel, just put on your bathrobe and dive in enjoyment! There are plenty of things to do inside and outside the spa so you won't be bored, even your kids will enjoy because there are several pools just for them. Also there is a playground inside the hotel with lots of cool toys. Food was delicious, many choices. Stuff was great, they are helpful, cheerful and very warm and welcoming. We would definitely come back again and looking...

A sok pozitív vélemény alapján választottam a szállodát, hiba volt. Az igényszint, persze mindenkinél más. Nálunk már a megérkezés egy csalódás volt, hiszen a parkolási lehetőség az utcán van, (hozzá teszem, sehol nem olvasható) ami egy fürdő szomszédságában du. 3 órakor, lehetetlen küldetés és csak hosszas körözés után szabadult fel szabad hely. A recepción persze megértően magyarázták, hogy a késői órákban érdemes átállni, ha esetleg távol sikerült parkolni. Egyébként ez a probléma este 7-kor is ugyanúgy fennállt. A vacsoránál nem volt szabad hely, miután svédasztalos vacsora van kedvező áron és bárki betérhet.18:20-kor a 30 C fokos melegben, legyek társaságában kint a teraszon, a dohányzó és italozók között vacsoráztunk, mint a szálloda vendégei. A kínálat olyan szegényes, egyszerű és pocsék volt, hogy nem időztünk túl sokat, véleményem szerint egy útszéli kifőzde nagysága és minőségű ételei voltak és nem méltó egy 3 csillag +superior szinthez. A külcsín itt már kevés volt. Másnap már nyitás előtt ott voltunk a vacsoránál, így a túlzsúfoltság ellenére, komfortosabb körülmények között étkeztünk, bár a szombati nap ellenére sem javult az ételek kínálata és színvonala. A szobánkban a klíma, egész éjjel, - mintha csapágyas lenne, nyikorgott, a fali melegítőt a fürdőszobában nem lehetett kapcsolni így maradt a vizes köntös másnap. Egyébként a szálloda és a szoba, rendkívül igényes, átgondolt, a design egy elegáns otthon látszatát kelti, nagyon jó érzés belépni az aulába. Az 1 db lift kevés, kicsit csalódás volt főszezonban és sokszor választottuk a lépcsőt a 2. emeleti szobánkhoz. A wellnes rendkívül hangulatos este, 1 db 12m hosszú, melegvizes úszómedence van, led világítással, szaunával, amit viszont külön kell kérni a recepción, hogy üzemeljen. Az úszómedence használatát este javaslom, mert egyébként telt házas, a szomszédban található fürdő ellenére is. A fürdőbe van átjárás, így aki több medencére vágyik, könnyen átsétálhat.  A kiszolgálással nem volt problémánk, de ezt nem gondolom, hogy ki kellene emelni, alapból elvárható. Újra biztosan nem foglalunk ide, ár-érték arányban nagyon kedvezőtlen....
