Pannon Hotel — Hotel in Mohácsi járás

We ran out of the data roaming package while travelling and then we decided to look for the hotel during the no internet times. We were driving around in the late evening and found this hotel, we got in and receptionist couldn't speak English but straightway she called her manager and he helped us to book the room, car parking and explained about even about the currency conversion. Pannon hotel is by far the best place to stay in Mohacs. Big rooms, comfortable beds, fridge,and lovely staff. In the week-ends the personell at the reception seems to be younger students hwo speeks exelent english. The rooms are a bit kitchy, but very clean and neat. We arrived without a reservation. Looked around hotels. The Kovacs have tiny rooms and not very nice staff; the Panzio Centrum while located in the main st don’t speak English and were not helpful about storing our bicycles; the Pannon were very welcoming, let us choose the rooms we wanted (huge suites 28 and 29) and provided safe room for bike storage.
