Hotel Oasis — Hotel in Nagykanizsai járás

Check in is only available between 14-21. After 8 we received a call to know where are we.||We arrived by car, but we missed the Hotel, maybe the sign is a little bit small. There is a free parking possibility on the yard. Which has a nice tiny little park with a fish pod. There was a reconstruction ongoing on the sight, but thankfully it was not in progress. ||There are some nice details on the corridors and in the rooms too, may be a sometimes a little bit eclectic. In our room, the little entrance room was totally empty, which was really strange, a hanger or some ornament would be nice. The towels and bedcover should be exchanged. The room and bathroom was spacious. A small fridge and TV set is included. There was no elevator in this building.||The staff was nice at all times. The city center is in walking distance. I spent two nights here while visiting Nagykanizsa. There were not a lot of choices. The hotel is located on a main road just a bit north of the downtown area, an easy walk to stores, restaurants, and the main city squares. My room (in a sort of attic area) was comfortable, if a little bit tired (though the bathroom felt recently renovated). The breakfast buffet was small but good enough. My only complaint was that the desk was often unattended during the day. No one was there in midday when I needed help with something, and no one was present when I needed to check out at 8 am.
