Ligetalja Gyógyfürdő És Termál Hotel — Hotel in Nyírbátori járás

The place is situated at a picturesque part of Hungary near the border with Romania. Probably that and its great thermal water are the only really positive aspects I can jot down about the place. The room itself is decent although we booked for 3 persons and they made the beds for 2 so the 3rd one played house and made her own bed. Luckily there were sheets and stuff so no biggie. There were huge bugs in the bathroom and not even the bug net was able to keep them out as the net itself was damaged on multiple places. Moving on to dinner.... the food was pretty good although one of the staff members was emphatizing on "arriving early" so I was assuming there is limited amount of food at a self serving place... kay. The beer and soft drinks had to be ordered which is pretty normal but no signs, no explanation is displayed for first-timers, so we managed to find ourselves in a pretty embarrasing situation as we didn't know how this part of the service is working. The waitress looked at us as we were idiots and I half agree with her, we indeed should have waited but for God's sake, there was no sign at all about drink order customs and how-to. So gulping down on my embarrasment, next day we enjoyed a really good breakfast, again self service type (but now the soft drinks were also self service like wutt?) , and thrn check out time came. Before we left the apartment, the electricity broke down or I don't know, what happened, but I was kinda relieved as we were about to check out, so I didn't even bother anymore. Now comes the fun part!||At the check-out, they tried to make us pay again for the breakfasts for 3 persons. On booking.com they advertize themselves with food service included, so there's a possibility to ask for dinner and breakfast at the time of the booking already, and Booking should then display the price WITH food included. We opted for that option, it was logical, but somehow we almost had to pay for it again? My mom asked very politely if the two beers and one soft drink costed an extra 7000 Forint maybe? It was ridiculous and gross. Of course, the receptionst lady was not at fault, because she's not the one making the decisions, and she was also very kind, solved the situation right there. But the person or persons who set this.... well, they deserve to fail at their business. All in all, I do NOT recommend staying at this place. It's worth only if you go there at the morning but leave at closing time, not...

Pro: value for money, thermal pool open till 23:00, half board super ok ( dinner was very very good ), fishing Cons: at noon it is crazy at restaurant ( first day we could not order - it took 1 hour, on the second day we order with 2 hours in advance but the food was not ready, i think they forgot ), there are times when no one from the staff did NOT speak anything else then hungarian language, in the second day they forgot to prepare same langos and they say they will reimburse but nothing happend, the fishing for a child was 10000 huf for 2 days, even if on the sign it said 1500 per day per child for the one that are on the hotel. I wanted to discuss at the desk about this sum of money but that day no one speaks english so i gave up.

Kevés ilyen kis ❤️„csodaszállást”❤️ ismerek, amely félúton található Bánháza és Penészlek között. A semmi közepén több hektáros területen helyezkedik el ez a kis oázis. Természetkedvelőknek tökéletes szállás lesz mivel rengeteg madár repked a Hotel körül és szinte úgy érzi az ember, hogy a természet kellős közepén van. Két horgásztó biztosítja az aktív vagy passzív pihenést. Az egyik tó mellett egy kápolna található. A gyerekek örömére különböző játszótéri elemek kerültek elhelyezésre és főzésre is van lehetőség (kemence, bogrács). A Hotelben található pingpongasztal, csocsó, fitnesz terem, konferenciaterem, szolárium stb. A szobák nagyon tiszták és tágasak, amelyekhez színes televízió, hűtőszekrény és saját zuhanyzós fürdőszoba tartozik. A félpanziós ellátás egyszerűen pazar! A kiszolgálás nagyon kedves és figyelmes! A Hotelből egy folyosón keresztül pár lépésre található a ❤️fantasztikus termálmedence❤️, amelyben dögönyöző elemek is elhelyezésre kerültek. Ez a Hotel egy oázis a sivatag közepén, amely szinte minden igényt kielégít! Öt azaz 5 csillagot...
